Welcome to Woman Crush Wednesday!

This week, join 97.9 The Hill’s Ali Evans for a conversation with Annie Johnston, the owner of La Vita Dolce who is also the owner of Market and Moss, a new concept opening in Southern Village featuring “vibrant and seasonal” food.

“The first thing I hope you notice and feel throughout the time you’re here is welcome and warmth, and that everyone is so happy that you’re here,” said Johnston. “In terms of the food, I would expect it to be approachable, nothing is too manipulated or definitely not pretentious in any way, but also always expect some kind of surprise. We tried not to do anything on our menu that’s kind of run-of-the-mill, even if it’s just by combining new textures or making the flavor brighter. So I think this idea of, you know, approachable food, approachable restaurant, but an elevated experience all around.”

Listen below for the full conversation between Ali and Anni, and tune in next Wednesday for the next WCW introduction to another amazing woman in our community!
