Welcome to Woman Crush Wednesday!

This week, join 97.9 The Hill’s Ali Evans for a conversation with Sharon Levine, host of “Ship Talking” airing on Friday nights.

In “Ship Talking,” Sharon and her guests discuss different relationship dynamics – friendships, romantic relationships, families, even breakups. A new aspect of relationships that we’re facing in 2020 is how to stay connected with the important people in our lives when we have to stay apart.

You might even surprise yourself by dedicating time and energy to relationships that you might not have before. “I think there’s just been this kind of new emphasis on relationships and connections, and the importance it has in our life and our happiness.”

While there’s no right answer when it comes to how to be a good partner, Sharon thinks it starts at home. “I think it’s a lot of self-work, a lot of introspection, and a lot of reflection.”
