Two beloved Carrboro restaurants are joining forces to create something new in the space where something has most definitely been missing since Mystery Brewing closed.

Jim Wald, Gael Chatelain, Tony Del Sarto and Ron Stutts
On this week’s edition of “This is Tourism,” join Ron Stutts in a conversation with Gael Chatelain, of Napoli Café & Napoli Food Truck, and Jim Wald and Tony Del Sarto of Glasshalfull as they discuss the new shared restaurant concept coming to Hillsborough.
Napoli and Glasshalfull are both Carrboro staples on their own, and the new restaurant in west Hillsborough will feature signatures from each existing venture, such as seasonally-inspired pizza from Napoli’s wood-fired oven and some fine selections from the wine list at Glasshalfull. Small plates and gelato will also be in the spotlight, and guests can expect an inviting outdoor space in which to enjoy their meal.
Listen to the full conversation below and learn more about visitors coming to town to try new things, how this team plans to fit into the Hillsborough community and when the doors to this new concept will open!

This weekly segment uncovers the local impact the tourism industry has on our community, told through the stories of the people who make tourism flourish in Orange County. Listen during the Ron Stutts Show every Thursday at 8:40 for a new “This is Tourism” live interview!
