Hough doesn’t just work at the library, either — she’s also served on the Alliance for Historic Hillsborough Board of Directors, and worked to improve the efficacy of the working relationship between the Alliance, the Tourism Board and the Orange County Visitors Bureau. She is also a communications consultant and “macro social worker,” making efforts to enact large-scale positive change in Orange County.
