Libbie Hough
Libbie Hough is this week’s WCHL Hometown Hero, recognized for her stellar work in the Orange County Public Library and her role in bringing the “Wi-Fi To Go” program to those who need it in our community. The program allows library members to check out a wi-fi hotspot free of charge for up to three weeks at a time to use at their home, helping people without internet access get the connection they need without overextending themselves financially.
