The Chapel Hill Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating a missing juvenile runaway.
15-year-old Omar Owens was last seen on July 8 at approximately 8:30 p.m. near the area of N. Graham St. in Chapel Hill. Owens is approximately 5’11” tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair, and was last seen wearing an orange T-shirt and gray shorts.
Owens was attending summer school yesterday at East Chapel Hill High School.
Anyone who has seen Omar Owens or who has information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Orange County Communications Center at 919-732-5063.
