Tuesday, June 19, head to Hillsborough for “Regulator Remembrance Day,” a ceremony remembering the six Regulators who were executed by the British in 1771 in an event that helped sparked the American Revolution. 6 pm at the Regulator Historic Site in Hillsborough’s Cameron Park on East King Street.

Do you drive on 15/501 between Durham and Chapel Hill? Do you have ideas about the future of that highway? The local metropolitan planning organization is holding a public workshop on “reimagining 15/501” on Tuesday, June 26, from 5-8 pm at the Church of the Good Shepherd on Garrett Road in Durham.
