Following a round of 8-over-par in Tuesday’s third, and final, round, the UNC men’s golf team finished in sixth place at the Sea Best Invitational–which was hosted by Jacksonville University.

The Tar Heels finished the event with a total team score of 18-over-par.

Austin Hitt was UNC’s top individual scorer, finishing 11th on the overall leaderboard at 1-over-par.

Florida State won the 14-team tournament by shooting even par over the three rounds, followed by North Florida (+3) and Florida (+8).
