The Associated Press released its most recent men’s basketball Top 25 poll on Monday, with UNC holding onto its spot at No. 7 for the second straight week.
A pair of wins over Stanford and Tennessee Tech last week improved the Tar Heels to 4-0 on the season.
Duke remained at No. 1, with Kansas, Gonzaga, Virginia and Tennessee again rounding out the top five.
Nevada also stayed at No. 6 in front of UNC, as No. 8 Auburn, No. 9 Michigan and No. 10 Kentucky make up the rest of the top 10.
The ACC has a total of six ranked teams–more than any other conference–with No. 13 Virginia Tech, No. 14 Florida State and No. 16 Clemson joining Duke, Virginia and UNC.
