With a 75-61 victory over Elon last Wednesday the only game on the schedule last week, UNC dropped one spot to No. 6 in the newest edition of the Associated Press Men’s Basketball Top 25–which was released on Monday.

The Tar Heels are 4-0 so far to begin the 2019-20 regular season, but will see their schedule toughen up beginning this week with the Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament in the Bahamas.

Duke remains the nation’s No. 1 ranked team, followed by No. 2 Louisville, No. 3 Michigan State, No. 4 Kansas and No. 5 Maryland.

The rest of the top 10 includes: UNC, No. 7 Virginia, No. 8 Gonzaga, No. 9 Kentucky and No. 10 Ohio State
