Chapel Hill Police are asking for public assistance in locating Hasan Yaseen Abdalla Abdur-Rahman, who was last seen in the 100 block of East Franklin Street.

Hasan is a 29-year old male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-foot-11 and weights 160 pounds. He has a tattoo on his shoulder that says “learn to live.”

Anyone with information regarding Hasan or his whereabouts is asked to contact Chapel Hill Police or the Orange County Communications Center at 919-732-5063.
