After a summer break, many of our local governments’ meetings are back in full swing this month. Chapel Hill’s town council held a special meeting on Monday to go over all of its fall projects. The Town of Carrboro is welcoming in a new town manager and will have a new mayor by the end of the year. A new Orange County commissioner is set to be selected by the end of the week. And many of the governments are still meeting virtually amid a renewed spread of COVID-19.
Here is a full list of the scheduled meetings for elected officials across Orange and Chatham Counties for September.
