The corn maze is a time-honored harvest time tradition, and agriculture in Orange County means we’ve got our fair share of fall corn mazes to wander through!
One of them is located in northern Orange County, the McKee Cornfield Maze. Once a tobacco farm, the McKee Maze was first transformed from a field to a walkable work of art in 2001. Since then, countless guests have found themselves turned around and “corn-fused” while traversing the paths.
Today’s “This is Tourism” features Vickie McKee as she talks about the maze, her family farm and how agritourism has been fully embraced as a part of the Orange County community.
