Join Aaron Keck Tuesday through Friday at 6:00 p.m. for “Live & Local,” where you’ll hear music from artists close to home, and even get the chance to listen in as local musicians talk about where they’ve been, where they’re going, and what’s happening in the local music scene.

Aaron Keck & XOXOK

XOXOK is a local musical project that features the work of Keenan Jenkins — who found his voice while simultaneously pursuing his Ph.D. in psychology at UNC and playing open mics and showcases around town.

The music of Keenan Jenkins and XOXOK is heavy on atmosphere and soul, combining thoughtful vocals with conviction delivered on the fretboard. XOXOK’s debut EP, “Worthy,” brings the lush and deliberate signature sound listeners have heard in live venues to headphones and speakers everywhere. On this edition of “Live and Local,” listen to Jenkins speak with WCHL’s Aaron Keck and play three original songs that are bound to convince listeners to tune in for more.

Segment 1: “Worthy”

Segment 2: “Right On”

Segment 3: “I’ll Be Fine”
