The 2019 schedule for the UNC women’s soccer team was revealed on Tuesday, with the Tar Heels set to play eight games at their new on-campus stadium, seven on the road and three at neutral sites.

A pair of non-conference games against Indiana (Aug. 22) and Duke (Aug. 25) as part of the Carolina Nike classic will open up the new stadium for UNC, with a trip to Seattle awaiting not long after for the Husky Classic.

While in the Emerald City, the Tar Heels will face Washington (Aug. 30) and Portland (Sept. 1).

Next up is the Duke Nike Classic in Durham, where the Tar Heels are scheduled to play LSU (Sept. 5) and UNLV (Sept. 8).

Non-conference games against Wake Forest at home (Sept. 12)–which was not included as part of UNC’s ACC schedule–and Arkansas on the road (Sept. 15) complete that portion of the schedule for head coach Anson Dorrance and company.

In ACC play, the Tar Heels will play NC State (Sept. 26), Notre Dame (Sept. 29), Clemson (Oct. 5), Florida State (Oct. 24) and Virginia Tech (Oct. 27) at home.

On the road inside the conference will include games against: Louisville (Sept. 21), Duke (Oct. 10), Pittsburgh (Oct. 13), Boston College (Oct. 18) and Miami (Oct. 31).

This year’s ACC Tournament is scheduled to start with quarterfinal action on Nov. 3.
