With heavy rain in the forecast all day long on Thursday, the game scheduled at Boshamer Stadium between the seventh-ranked Tar Heels and the Virginia Tech Hokies has been moved up from a 6 p.m to 1 p.m.
The game is the first of a three-game series that marks the final games of UNC’s regular season.
