Chapel Hill Transit suspended service on Monday morning due to deteriorating conditions due to flooding across the service area.
Overnight rains from the remnants of Hurricane Florence have dumped large amounts of rain across our community. The heavy rain forced Chapel Hill – Carrboro City Schools to close Monday. Several roadways across Orange County were flooded due to the heavy rain.
420 to Hillsborough @ 3:40 won’t be running.
