Join Aaron Keck Monday through Friday at 6:00 p.m. for “Live & Local,” where you’ll hear music from artists close to home, and even get the chance to listen in as local musicians talk about where they’ve been, where they’re going, and what’s happening in the local music scene.

Local band Sadie Rock and the Mad Ryans has a new double album out — it’s called “All In,” and it’s their second album following their 2017 release “Madhouse.” The band consists of Sadie Zimet (vox, guitar, songwriting), Landon “Fantastic” Johnson (drums), and Agis Shaw (bass). Styled as a “spirited, edgy pop-rock band,” the Durham outfit delivers “made-from-scratch” Southern rock flavored with pop and indie music.

Listen below for the full conversation between 97.9 The Hill’s Aaron Keck and Sadie, Landon, Agis and Rachel as they talk about making music, experiences on stage and more — and for the band’s performance of “Take What You Can Get,” “Movement” and “Jumping Off A Train” live in the 97.9 The Hill studio. Plus, tune in for more Live & Local weekdays at 6:00!
