As a result, the Tar Heels improved their record to 31-1 this season and earned a date against No. 15 Oklahoma State next Saturday as part of the NCAA Super Regionals.
Sunday’s match saw UNC come from behind to clinch the doubles point, before getting three consecutive singles victories from Sara Daavettila (6-3, 6-2), Makenna Jones (6-3, 6-4) and Alexa Graham (7-5, 6-2) to take the overall match.
