UNC men’s lacrosse star Chris Gray was named Monday as one of 10 finalists for this year’s Senior CLASS Award in his sport, which is presented annually to a senior who has notable achievements the areas of community, classroom, character and competition.

Gray led the ACC this season in both goals and points, while leading the Tar Heels to an ACC title and an 11-2 record overall. He is a management and society major and one of five UNC team captains.

The winner of this year’s Senior CLASS Award for men’s lacrosse will be announced later this month. Fan voting is part of the process, with Tar Heel fans able to vote for Gray by clicking here.

Currently ranked No. 2 in the country, the Tar Heels are now awaiting their NCAA Tournament destination.
