Central North Carolina has continued to deal with closings and delays in the aftermath of Winter Storm Diego dropping several inches of snow across the area.
The storm has caused some closings and delays across our community:
Alamance – Burlington Schools will be closed for students on Friday, December 14. Teacher workday.
Orange County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Friday, December 14.
Hillsborough Board of Commissioners meeting for Monday, December 10, has been postponed to Monday, December 17.
Orange County Visitor’s Bureau Holiday Open House has been canceled. No makeup date was immediately announced.
Orange County Board of Commissioners meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 11, has been canceled. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 18.
