Chapel Hill – Carrboro City Schools has announced an anonymous tip line encouraging the school community to “say something” if they see “anything in or around school that looks like bullying, threats, drugs/alcohol or violence of any kind.”

District officials said the new tip line will allow for submissions, prompting administrators to “take appropriate action.”

“This new Tip Line allows students, parents or staff to anonymously and quickly submit any sensitive or urgent student issue to school officials at the touch of a button,” according to a post announcing the program.

The tip line is available through the district’s website or mobile app.
