The Wake County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate the death of a 16 year-old and deputies arrested two people in connection to the shooting on Wednesday.
CBS 17 reports the sheriff’s office arrested a juvenile and Carrboro resident Juan Ernesto Sierra Trinidad a day after a deputies responded to a shooting in the Green Spring Valley Mobile Home Park. The 16 year-old victim suffered from a gunshot wound and later died from the injuries, according to a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office.
The arrested juvenile has been charged with murder while Trinidad, 25, has been charged with felony after the fact.
