Burlington Police Looking for Vehicle Connected to Fatal Hit and Run

Burlington Police are asking for assistance in locating a vehicle thought to be involved in a fatal hit and run.

Police say officers were flagged down just before 10 o’clock the night of December 5 by a motorist reporting that an individual was lying in the roadway in the 1200 block of North Church Street.

Officers found a male victim and emergency responders declared the individual dead at the scene.

Law enforcement officials say, as a result of the investigation, officers have developed a vehicle of interest, which is believed to be a white Scion XB with possible damage to the front bumper.
