****UPDATE: A spokesperson for the Town of Chapel Hill shared a release Wednesday morning at 9:45 a.m. saying Lee has been located.****

The Chapel Hill Police Department is currently seeking help in locating a missing person.

The department issued a release early Wednesday morning saying it is searching for Telisa LaWan Lee, a 35 year old African American female who is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 175 lbs.

The release says Lee was last seen on Tuesday February 4 at 3:00 a.m. in the area of 114 A Ashley Forest Road in Chapel Hill.  She was wearing a white shirt and black sweatpants at the time.

If anyone has information concerning the whereabouts of Telisa LaWan Lee, the department urges you to call Chapel Hill Police at 919-968-2760 or contact Orange County Communications by calling 911 or 919-732-5063 immediately.
