
The cover of the 2019 Visitors Guide
The Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors Bureau has published a new edition of its annual Official Visitors Guide, complete with a pull-out perforated map and up-to-date parking maps for Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Hillsborough!
The guide is meant to provide a user-friendly resource to find interesting locations across Orange County, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to rural countryside. Attractions, restaurants, accommodations and more are all listed and categorized — and the 2019 guide even includes an all-new list of “suggested signature photo ops” and a “Just for Kids” section that highlights fun, family-friendly activities.
“Our annual Visitors Guide consistently provides fresh updated content to tens of thousands of annual visitors to Orange County who seek ideas on where to dine, shop and explore,” said Laurie Paolicelli, director of the Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors Bureau. “Our Communications Department has won awards for this information packed resource on the communities of Orange County. For that we are proud.”
The 2019 Visitors Guide represents a comprehensive resource for residents, visitors, meeting and conference attendees and others planning a trip to the Chapel Hill & Orange County, NC area. Free copies of the guide can be picked up at the Visitors Center at 501 W. Franklin St., Chapel Hill, Mon – Fri 8:30 am – 5 pm or Sat 10 am – 3 pm. An online version can be viewed and downloaded here.
