The UNC wrestling team revealed its schedule for the 2021 season via Twitter on Friday, with the season opener set for Jan. 1 at Carmichael Arena against Campbell.
That match represents the only non-conference dual for the Tar Heels. UNC opens ACC competition on Jan. 15 at home against Virginia Tech.
A short trip to Durham awaits head coach Coleman Scott’s team to face Duke on Jan. 22, before returning home to host defending league champion NC State on Jan. 29.
The final road dual of the season comes at Pittsburgh on Feb. 5.
Virginia will then visit Carmichael Arena on Feb. 13 in the regular season finale.
This year’s ACC Championships will be held in Raleigh on Feb. 28–the final event before the NCAA Wrestling Championships from March 18-20.
