Tuesday’s scheduled baseball game at Boshamer Stadium between UNC and Charlotte has been postponed due to student-athlete welfare concerns.

Both teams agreed it was in their best interest to reschedule this game for a later date. No further information about the postponement was released.

UNC (16-13) had its three-game series against Duke moved back one day due to inclement weather, and will conclude that series on Monday night.

Charlotte (22-9) is coming off of a four-game weekend sweep over FIU which included a doubleheader on Saturday. The 49ers are also riding an eight-game winning streak overall.
