News broke Wednesday evening that UNC’s scheduled men’s basketball game at Michigan on Wednesday, Nov. 28 will now start at 9:30 p.m–30 minutes later than the original start time.
The move was made by ESPN, which is televising the game as part of the annual ACC/Big Ten Chellenge.
ESPN decided it will show Jim Valvano’s famous speech at the 1993 ESPY Awards across all of its networks at 7 p.m. that evening, pushing back the start times of all games scheduled to be televised by the channel.
