With a perfect 7-0 sweep over the Pitt Panthers on Sunday in Pittsburgh, the No. 2 ranked UNC women’s tennis team has now won 13 consecutive dual matches and improves to 22-1 overall this season with an undefeated 10-0 mark against ACC competition.
Pitt, meanwhile, fell to 4-13 this year with an 0-10 mark inside the league.
UNC won the doubles point in commanding fashion, then won all six singles matches–with four of those victories coming in straight sets.

The Tar Heels will now move on to host No. 20 Florida State this Friday.
