Monday marked the release of the Division I All-South Region field hockey teams, with a total of five Tar Heels making the cut.

Ashley Hoffman, Erin Matson, Yentl Leemans and Eva Van’t Hoog were each First Team selections, while Malin Evert earned a spot on the Second Team.

All five of these players were All-ACC selections this season, after helping guide the Tar Heels to a perfect 23-0 record and a national championship.
