After a career night from UNC senior guard Paris Kea led the unranked UNC women’s basketball team to a historic upset over No. 1 Notre Dame on Sunday in Chapel Hill, ESPNW recognized the Tar Heel star as its National Player of the Week on Monday.

Kea scored 30 points and dished out 10 assists in the win, becoming just the fourth player to record those stats in a win over a ranked opponent in the last 20 years.

In addition, she helped the Tar Heels snap what had been a 198-game win streak in women’s basketball by the No. 1 ranked team against unranked opposition.

Earlier this week, Kea also tallied 26 points, five rebounds and two assists in UNC’s road win over Virginia Tech.
