The No. 24 Tar Heels will look to put their disappointing week 1 loss at Virginia Tech behind them as they host Georgia State for their home opener Saturday night. It will be the first time that Carolina and Georgia State have ever met on a football field.

Carolina has won its last three home openers, and will play before a sellout crowd in Kenan Stadium Saturday night. If you can’t make it to Kenan in person, here is how to tune into the game:

Broadcast Schedule

Those hoping to listen on the radio with Jones Angell on the call can do so at 97.9 FM and 1360 AM, or by streaming the radio broadcast on Chapelboro.com.

At 6:30 p.m., the broadcast will shift over to Jones Angell and the Tar Heel Sports Network for their pregame coverage until kickoff. They will also carry postgame coverage for approximately an hour after the conclusion of the game. After that, the broadcast shifts back to 97.9 The Hill’s studios, where veteran sports radio personalities, Paul Connell and Andy Chacos, will host their hour-long analysis show “On the Heels.”
