**UPDATE** Duke Energy has restored power to the area of Culbreath Road in Chapel Hill.
Duke Energy is reporting that over 200 people are without power in Chapel Hill on Thursday afternoon.
As of 2 p.m. on Thursday, Duke Energy’s outage map is showing that 280 customers are without power in the area of Culbreath Road in Chapel Hill. According to the map, the outage was caused by a vehicle damaging Duke Energy’s equipment.
The estimated time of restoration is 6:15 p.m. and crews are en route to fix the outages.
