In continued observance of Black History Month, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous & People of Color) elected officials from around Orange County released a video presentation of two poetry readings. The featured poems are “Still I Rise” by Maya Angelou and “Making The Struggle Every Day” by Ella Baker.
