Police said in a release that 25-year-old Ryan Markius Darrell Person was arrested on Thursday morning.

Person is accused on exposing himself to a woman in the University Place parking lot on April 30. A second indecent exposure incident was reported with a suspect matching the same description exposing himself to a woman in the parking lot at the Eastgate Crossing shopping center on May 8.
