A Chapel Hill man is facing four felony narcotics charges after his arrest Thursday night.

Chapel Hill Police records show 28-year-old Christopher Deshawn Fuller was arrested on Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard just after 7 p.m. Thursday. Police say seven grams of heroin were seized during the arrest, but authorities say the investigation is ongoing and would not offer further details regarding the arrest.

Fuller is being held under a $350,000 secured bond, as of last update, while facing a charge of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance and three counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver heroin.

Fuller’s first court appearance was scheduled for Friday afternoon.
