Carrboro Mayor Barbara Foushee speaks with 97.9 The Hill News Director Brighton McConnell on Friday, April 25. The town is celebrating the recent recognition of its Communications and Engagement Director Catherine Lazorko with a statewide lifetime achievement award, and Foushee shares her own praise of Lazorko’s work.
