A Raleigh man faces felony charges over an alleged sexual encounter with a minor, according to the Carrboro Police Department.
A release from the agency on Wednesday said 34-year-old Mark Roy Saba of Raleigh was arrested by police on one count of indecent liberties with a child and one count of soliciting a child by computer. A spokesperson for Carrboro Police confirmed the department and state authorities made the arrest on Tuesday.
The charges are related to a report of sexual assault of a minor, which police officers responded to on the afternoon of Tuesday, Nov. 12 in the Lake Hogan Farms area.

As of Wednesday morning, Saba is being kept in the Orange County Jail under a $10,000 bond. Carrboro Police said no additional information is being released at this time.
