This week’s Hometown Hero, presented by Hendrick Southpoint, is John Rees!
John is on a mission to get everybody to ride their bikes and he wants to share his passion with others.
“It’s part of my life,” John said. “I’ve been a cyclist ever since I was a child, had a bicycle when I was a child and I’ve been that way ever since and I just loved the ability to get places on my own, in directions that can be very difficult for a car and then the best part is when I get to my destination, I’m not circling the block looking for a place to park my car.”
