The UNC women’s tennis team knocked off the Duke Blue Devils 4-2 on Sunday in Cary to claim its fourth consecutive ACC Tournament Championship.

UNC moved to 29-1 this season with the win, and completed the entire season without ever suffering a loss against another ACC opponent.

Duke fell to 23-3 with the loss, all of those defeats coming at the hands of the Tar Heels.

After the Tar Heels won the doubles point, they received singles victories from Alle Sanford (6-3, 6-2), Makenna Jones (6-2, 7-5) and Cameron Morra (4-6, 6-2, 6-3) to clinch the match.

Morra was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player.
