Carolina Football fans will get a trip down memory lane this Saturday when the Tar Heels take on Wake Forest at Kenan Stadium, with the program set to wear throwback jerseys in the game.
The jerseys — which were revealed Friday on Twitter — are a nod to those worn by the team in the 1990’s, when the program found great success in the first tenure under head coach Mack Brown.

The special edition uniform is the first deviation from the typical white and Carolina blue outfits by UNC this season, with the exception of their navy jerseys worn on October 10.
