Pairings for the 2018 NCAA Men’s Tennis Singles and Doubles Tournaments were released on Wednesday, listing a trio of Tar Heels among those selected.
Sophomore William Blumberg–last year’s NCAA runner-up–claimed the No. 2 overall seed for the singles tournament, while freshman Benjamin Sigouin earned an at-large selection.
Blumberg will also play in the doubles tournament alongside partner Robert Kelly. The duo, which has been ranked as high as No. 1 this season, earned the No. 2 seed for that event.
The singles and doubles tournaments will take place from May 23-28 at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex in Winston-Salem following completion of the team competition on May 22.
