US News and World Report just came out with its annual list of America’s Best Graduate Schools – and the UNC School of Medicine ranked no. 1 in the nation in primary care.
The school was no. 2 in that category last year.
The School of Medicine was not the only highly-ranked program in Chapel Hill. UNC’s School of Social Work ranked fifth in the nation among social work programs; the Kenan-Flagler Business School was ranked 19th among business schools; and UNC also ranked in the top 10 for graduate study in the fields of local government management, analytical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and biostatistics.
