Carrboro Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing person.
Police say Jesse Ray Faulkner III is missing from his Smith Level Road apartment and believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. Faulkner is described as a white male, estimated to be 5’ 8” tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds.
