Most government offices throughout our community will be closed on Friday due to the Good Friday.

Orange County administrative offices are closed.

The recycling, landfill and solid waste convenience centers offices on Eubanks Road will be closed, but curbside recycling in the county will go on as regularly scheduled. The Orange County solid waste convenience centers will be open on Friday and closed on Sunday.

The Seymour Center and Passmore Center will be closed Friday before opening during regular hours on Saturday.

Carrboro solid waste collection will not be held on Friday.

Trash collection in Chapel Hill will not be affected but there will be no curbside yard waste collection.

Chapel Hill Transit will operate on a Saturday schedule on Good Friday.

OWASA offices will be closed on Friday.
