****UPDATE: Carrboro emergency officials said in an update Tuesday evening that the fire was out and that access to the apartment complex was reopened.****

Carrboro Fire crews are on the scene at Estes Park Apartments due to a reported structure fire.

Carrboro Police said that the fire is causing traffic delays on Estes Drive. There is currently no access to the apartment complex, officials said.

There are traffic delays spilling onto Umstead Drive as well in the area.

There is no word on the cause of the fire of the extent of any potential damage.
