More development is on the way for Weaver Dairy Road, after the Chapel Hill town council took action on the 11Sixty5 Project off Weaver Dairy Road. The council recently passed the rezoning and special use permits for the mixed-use project.

The parcel of land rezoned is directly adjacent to the existing Walgreen’s drug store off Weaver Dairy Road and is nearly two acres.

The new building will have three stories and be used for medical clinics, office space and retail. It will also have an attached parking deck with more than 200 spaces.

The 11Sixty5 project, which has spent two years in the making, is now finished with its public hearing process and is expected to begin construction soon.
