Update: The Hillsborough Police Department safely located Zachary Dwinell Monday morning.
“So many agencies came together with the goal of locating this person for his family,” said Lieutenant Nick Chelenza. “We appreciate everyone’s assistance.”
The Hillsborough Police Department is seeking the community’s help in locating a missing person.
Zachary Dwinell, 30, of Hillsborough, was reportedly last seen the evening of Friday, June 20, in the Cornwallis Hills neighborhood south of downtown. Police say Dwinell had left his parents’ home on Patriot Place on foot. According to the department, Dwinell was last seen wearing a green, long-sleeved shirt and grey boxer shorts. Police say he has schizophrenia.

Dwinell’s last potential sighting was in the Patriots Pointe apartment complex, located off Orange Grove Road.
Police are asking anyone who has seen Dwinnel or has information on his whereabouts to contact 9-1-1 to he can be safely returned to his parents.
