The UNC men’s golf team took home a fourth place finish following Tuesday’s third and final round at the Sea Best Invitational, which was played on the Dye’s Valley Course at TPC Sawgrass.
With a final score of 2-over-par as a team, the Tar Heels finished behind only Texas A&M (-13), Florida (-11) and Liberty (+1).
On the individual side, sophomore Ryan Burnett and freshman Austin Greaser each tied for 12th place with matching scores of even par for the Tar Heels.
Florida’s Ricky Castillo was the top finishing individual at 8-under-par.
This was the Tar Heels’ first tournament of the spring season, as they look to build off the success they put together during the fall.
